BUSINESS CHALLENGE:

When babies start crying, there’s a million and one reasons behind it. That’s what makes it even more difficult for mums to understand if their baby is having digestive issues. 

These issues can often be solved with the right formula milk such as Friso. So, the brand wanted to help mums figure out if their babies are having any tummy problems.

 

AGENCY SOLUTION:

  1. We developed a microsite educating mums on symptoms of poor digestive health. This is done with a simple diagnostic quiz featuring “poop” in a cute, light-hearted manner to describe symptoms. 

  2. We used a whimsical illustration style to make the questions vivid and relatable to mums. By the end of the quiz, mums can sign up for a free sample of Friso’s recommended product.
