BUSINESS CHALLENGE:

CooperVision is one of the world’s leading global manufacturers of soft contact lenses. The brand offers a wide range of contact lenses that’s suitable for anyone. 

In Asia, the brand wanted to have a better understanding of their target audience, spectacle wearers. What are their pain points, what are their lifestyles like?

Most importantly, how do we lead these prospective customers to sales?

 

AGENCY SOLUTION:

We developed a microsite that allows people to complete a simple personality quiz. 

Each question of the quiz allows CooperVision to have a deeper understanding of their consumers’ habits and preferences. The results would determine what CooperVision lenses best suit the person’s “personality type”.

At the end of the quiz, users were provided with free samples of the contact lens at selected retailers. The results of quiz (i.e customer profile, lens type etc) will also be forwarded to optometrists, enabling them to follow up on the sales conversion.
