BUSINESS CHALLENGE:

Timezone Singapore is a long standing brand in the family arcade entertainment scene for years. 

In recent years, the brand found that their use of social media were not fully maximised to maintain its brand leadership. Content on social channels made up of sales promotions and announcements; it became a message board to communicate with their audience.

 

AGENCY SOLUTION:

We developed a social strategy that brings out the arcade culture that Timezone Singapore has built over the years. This led to social content that builds on engagement with a variety of target audiences.

On Social: Timezone Singapore’s social content ensured that “fun” is not only experienced at their venues. Posts aimed to compel audiences to interact by means of social contests, mini games and brand promotions. 

 

Posts were also selectively boosted towards audience segments that Timezone wanted to reach out to; Families and Teens.
